We are hiring additional home office staff.
Our Company: Sights on Service helps companies
ensure service standards are met. We send shoppers to
business locations to accumulate and aggregate shopper reports for companies. We are a market leader in this interesting
and exploding niche industry.
Our headquarters are in Golden Valley,
Minnesota, coordinating business nationwide. A national mystery shopping leader, we have
been in business since 1990. Our positions are full-time with benefits and require working
in our Golden Valley, Minnesota office. These are not tele-commuting positions.
They are career positions. They are not to become mystery shoppers. (If you desire to become a mystery
shopper, please
We Mystery Shop: Our company measures customer
service performance for local and national chains of
service-oriented businesses including restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, auto
dealerships, banks, day care centers, apartments etc. “Mystery Shops”
performed by our hundreds of thousands of mystery shoppers throughout the
country measure the customer service of our clients. These independent contractor
“shoppers” (not employees) visit client locations to report on the
cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, the timeliness of the service, and
the courtesy of the staff. The items we evaluate vary from client to client,
depending on their goals. Our business is conducted over the Internet.
Our Office Facilitates the Mystery Shopping: This
nationwide activity is coordinated from our Golden Valley, Minnesota office. We
don't do actual mystery shopping from this office. We do everything else
necessary for it to occur. We arrange mystery shopping programs with our
clients (this is done by our sales staff). We recruit, train, assign and monitor our independent contractor shoppers
(the Customer Service Reps do this - we also call them Shop Coordinators or
Schedulers). We
review submitted shops and submit them to our clients (this is done by our
Editors and Client Reps). We develop the
internet tools needed to effectively and efficiently perform all these
activities (this is done, mostly in Perl, by our web developers).
These are excellent full-time positions for
new graduates, skilled and experienced individuals looking for a more
challenging and rewarding environment, those
looking to change companies or industries, and those looking for a small company
environment where they can make a real difference. We have a small but super
staff of competent, creative, dedicated, effective, and efficient
employees teamed together to make us a great company.
